Hi, I am Julie, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. I enjoy helping others feel relaxed through whatever they may be experiencing, such as stress or everyday life. I started my yoga journey in 2022. It has made a huge impact on my life. I'm also a certified holistic nutritionist who is passionate about guiding people on their unique path to wellness. Before this, I graduated from Wheelock College in Education. I worked as a supervisor and office manager in the medical field for over 10 years. After working in the medical field for years, I realized I wanted to use my experience, combined with my degree in education, to teach others the importance of wellness and help guide people on their individual wellness journeys.
