Healing Massage Therapy

Enjoy a relaxing massage in our himalayan salt room.

There are MANY benefits to massage other than just relaxing your muscles.  Massage helps with anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, headaches, decreased joint inflammation, better quality of sleep, and strengthened immune response.

As a special add on, included a session of therapeutic halotherapy. Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is where 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) is heated and then ground and crushed into very tiny microparticles. These dry aerosol microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the salt room during a typical session. As an individual relaxes, the microparticles are inhaled. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to aid respiratory concerns, while the non-inhaled salt particles are absorbed by the body to combat skin conditions.

Please meet Ashley Crowley, one of our massage therapists:

Hi, I’m Ashley! I have been a full-time massage therapist since graduating massage school. I was educated at The Salter School, in Tewksbury, MA and completed a 900-hour program in 2010.

I never stop learning. I’m certified in advanced Thai bodywork, Graston Technique, SRT (stretch release therapy), myofascial release, neuromuscular cupping, cuppasana and several other cupping courses. I’m currently learning grief massage.

In my free time I love spending time in the outdoors. Hiking and camping with my dogs sets my soul free! I’m a dog mom to three Great Danes and a Husky!

I became a massage therapist after my own setbacks with the medical community. After being diagnosed with bilateral patella femoral syndrome, massage and exercise turned out to be the answer for me.

I have a deep passion for understanding the body and bringing it back to balance. My goal with every client is to help them have the life they deserve, to feel good within their bodies.
