Espresso has evolved a great deal since it’s origins in Italy.

Today we present our house espresso blend: Volo (Quick). The blend features two outstanding coffees from Central America, both boasting exceptionally sweet and balanced flavors. We finish it off with a fruity pop from a seasonal Ethiopian offering. The result is an espresso that can hold its own in milk-based beverages and is equally delightful as a stand-alone experience.

*Espresso Volo is roasted to a medium profile to preserve the unique origin flavor characteristics. If you are looking for a more developed blend for espresso, we recommend our Obsidian blend.
