11.11 - 11.30 Meet the Pack

Meet the organizers, fellow participants, and, most importantly, the puppies!!!!

We’ll get settled in our spots, set up for the different activities and paired with one of the 7 adorable golden retriever puppies whose sole purpose in life is to shower whoever they come into contact with unconditional love and pure joy.

11.30 - 12.00 Puppy Play

Cuddle, snuggle, sniff, kiss, hug and handle the puppies.

We’ll interact with the puppies physically, expressing and receiving affection, in a spontaneous, unstructured, organic and instinctive way while we somatically experience the melting away of worry and stress and come into the present moment, remembering the sheer joy of natural play.

12.00 - 12.30 Intentional Imprinting

Guided meditation with our inner children.

We all had experiences as early children that were painful, misunderstood and/or unfulfilling. Part of our journey of becoming our most authentic selves, creating and living lives meaningful and fulfilling for us, is to “recover” those “lost” pieces, reframe those stories from our new perspectives and re-parent our inner children, providing for them what our caregivers did not. 

12.30 - 1.15 Animal Oracle

Have an Oracle reading, using one of the animal-themed Oracle decks.

We will have a brief introduction to Oracle decks, followed by a quick-and-easy tutorial on how to use them to do a reading for ourselves. Receive validation, comfort, clarity, insight, wisdom and guidance from our Higher Selves, the Divine or whatever we relate to and know as our higher power.

1.15 - 2.00 It followed me home...I can keep it!

Journaling with prompts around the themes of unconditional love, play, innocence, belonging & joy.
We will reflect and/or record in our journals those “rememberings” , discoveries, sensory experiences, personal insights, desires, intentions, and memorable moments from the meditation. We will also sketch out a plan for continued intentional training of our internal “puppies” (the ego, habitual thought and behavior patterns) to continue the experience and bring the blessings of puppies into our daily lives.
