This is a sensory experience for your whole body, including your taste buds! Mindful eating teaches us to use all of our physical and emotional senses in order to fully experience and enjoy our food choices. During this 60-minute workshop, Suzanne will guide you through a meditation revolved around CHOCOLATE! Learn techniques to practice at home to encourage satisfaction, nourishment, and a healthier body image.

Suzanne is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki 1 & II practitioner, as well as an occupational therapist. Her passion for life, wellness, and yoga radiates as she guides you through mindful movement to help you connect within and find both ease and strength within yourself. She desires each student to feel supported, both physically and mentally, on and off their mats.
