Earth Day Kids Pop-Up Yoga Class! Sat, Apr 22nd @ 10:30-11:15AM

Let’s welcome Spring together at the Iron Cactus with a Springtime themed family yoga class! This 45-minute class is intended for 3-10 year olds. They will strengthen their bodies through yoga poses as well as play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation. All of this happens while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imaginations!

Grown ups are welcome to participate or drop your kids off for a moment of silence :-)

Class taught by Janelle who has two children of her own.

Events are non-refundable. You are always welcome to gift it to someone should you not be able to attend.
