Second annual Valentine's Day event!!

A night of fun, laughter and wellness! Come alone, come with a friend, or come with a group! All are welcome! 

Every 25-minutes you will transition to the next activity!

25-minutes of Salt Room Therapy (4 people in the room together) 

25-minutes of Infrared Sauna (Two saunas, 2 people per sauna) 

25-minutes of Vegan Food with our friend Heather from Live. Love. Eat.

25-minutes of soy candle making and oracle cards with our friend Courtney from Light + Keys

25-minutes of flower arranging with The Green Griffin of Kingston, NH to take home with you! 

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Change of clothes after the sauna if you'd like. We provide a hand towel
