Join Suzanne for a 60-minute semi-private healing experience in Iron Cactus’ salt room! Move slowly and mindfully for the first half of class and then enjoy restorative yoga for the second half with lots of Reiki! Salt therapy can enhance lung capacity, boost the immune system, reduce stress, and aid in better sleep. Reiki helps move blocked energy in the body and opens up the body’s chakra system. The combination of yoga, reiki, and salt therapy promotes rejuvenation, relaxation, and a sense of peace.
