A fun and safe environment for your kiddos to enjoy celebrating Halloween! Wear your costumes!
45-minute class is intended for 3-10 year olds. They will strengthen their bodies through yoga poses as well as play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation. All of this happens while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imaginations!
