Meditation is a mindfulness practice available to everyone. Meditation can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Setting aside time for formal meditation is an important way to establish a routine and get comfortable with the practice.
Join us every (almost every) Sunday from 10:15-10:45 AM. Both beginners and experienced are welcome! We'll also offer basic tips to get you started on your meditation journey.

Class taught by Suzanne Jerome who is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki 1 & II practitioner, as well as an occupational therapist. Her passion for life, wellness, and yoga radiates as she guides you through mindful movement to help you connect within and find both ease and strength within yourself. She desires each student to feel supported, both physically and mentally, on and off their mats.
